What Edurack Offers

Preparing for NEET, JEE, CUET or IPMAT usually means juggling too many things: a PDF of old papers here, a quiz app there, a mentor's WhatsApp group somewhere else. Each one helps a little, but none of them tells you the one thing that matters: what should I study next?

Edurack is built around that question. It connects four things that normally live in different places: exam-style tests, honest analysis, previous year question (PYQ) practice and mentors who have actually cleared the exam. This post is a plain tour of what you get today.

The short version

WhatWhat it does for you
CBT mock testsTests on an exact replica of the NTA computer-based interface, so exam day isn't the first time you see it
Test analysisA subject-wise and chapter-wise breakdown of every attempt, ranked by the marks each chapter cost you
PYQ practicePrevious year questions organised by subject, chapter and topic, each with the paper it came from and a full solution
Practice habitsA daily question with a streak, a revision notebook, bookmarks and timed drills
MentorsMentors verified for a real exam rank, who run their own test series and batches

1. Mock tests that feel like the real exam

Most mock-test tools hand you a PDF or a generic quiz screen. Edurack's simulator replicates the actual NTA CBT interface: the same layout, palette, timer and question navigation you will meet on exam day. The aim is simple. By the time you sit the real paper, the interface should be the least surprising thing in the room.

The demo needs no payment and no sign-up, so you can judge it yourself before deciding anything.

Test series and mentorship batches are set up and priced by the mentors who run them, so prices vary. Every batch page shows its exact price before you pay.

2. Analysis that tells you what to fix

A final score tells you how you did. It doesn't tell you why. After every test, Edurack breaks your attempt down so you can see where the marks actually went:

  • Subject-wise results, so you can spot your weakest subject at a glance.
  • A "focus first" list of chapters, ranked by the marks each one cost you. Negative marking is included, because a wrong answer costs more than a skipped one.
  • Topics inside each chapter, so "Kinematics" becomes "projectile motion and vectors".
  • A flag for easy questions you missed, which are usually careless slips rather than gaps in knowledge.
  • A question-by-question review with solutions, and a leaderboard so you can see how you rank among others who took the same test.

When a subject is clearly weak, Edurack can also point you to mentors who are strong in it.

3. PYQ practice, chapter by chapter

Previous year questions are the best picture of what an exam actually asks. The hard part has always been finding the right ones for the chapter you are studying right now.

In Edurack you browse Subject → Chapter → Topic and practise one question at a time:

  • Each question shows which paper it came from, for example JEE Main 2022, 29 June, Shift 2.
  • You get instant feedback and a full solution after you answer.
  • You can filter by difficulty and paper year.
  • After a test, one tap on "Practice my weak topics" builds a mixed session from the chapters that cost you the most marks, so your analysis leads straight to practice.

PYQ practice is free for signed-in students.

4. Habits that make it stick

Knowing a chapter once is not the same as remembering it in three months. A few small features are there to help.

  • A daily PYQ and a streak. One question a day. Answer any PYQ on a given day and your streak continues.
  • A revision notebook. A question you get wrong comes back after 2 days, then 5, then 14. Get it right on each revision and it counts as mastered. This is spaced revision, and it is one of the best-supported ways to remember things.
  • Bookmarks. Save a question for later with one tap.
  • Timed drills. 20 PYQs in 30 minutes, mixed across subjects, with the exam's marking (+4 for a correct answer, −1 for a wrong MCQ). The clock runs on our server, so refreshing the page won't reset it. Your wrong answers go straight into the notebook.
  • Report a question. If you think an answer or solution is wrong, flag it. Our team checks every report.

5. Mentors who have actually cleared the exam

Edurack is a marketplace, and we want to be clear about how it works. Mentors design and price their own batches. They are not employees reading a script, and Edurack is not the instructor of record. What the platform does is verify who they are, host the content and process payments safely.

Mentors apply, have their credentials checked against a real exam rank, and only then set up their batches. If you want a mentor's guidance, you choose one based on the exam they cleared and the subjects they are strongest in.

A simple weekly routine

You don't need to use everything at once. Here is one way to start:

  1. Take one full test under exam conditions.
  2. Read your analysis and note the top two or three chapters it flags.
  3. Practise those chapters with PYQs, starting with "Practice my weak topics".
  4. Open your notebook on the days it shows revision due.
  5. Finish the week with a timed drill to practise working under pressure.

Then repeat. The point isn't doing more. It's spending your time on the chapters that cost you marks.
